Fix How You Move.

Feel the Difference With

Movement Matters LLC

At Movement Matters LLC our team of mobility coaches is dedicated to helping you move better, feel better, and stay independent-no matter your age or background. With deep expertise and a passion for the craft, we take a personalized, hands-on approach to mobility optimization. Simply put, we care. At Movement Matters LLC, you're not just another billable hour-you're a human who is negatively impacted by joint restrictions, and we're here to support that every step of the way.

We work with people of all ages, including high-level athletes, but our true focus is on helping adults with chronic limitations regain control of their bodies and stay active for life.

How We Can Help

UVP (Unique Value Proposition)

1 on 1

60-minute

Individualized approach

Most importantly, we embrace a whole-body systems approach, moving beyond the reductionist model that treats the body in isolated parts. We prioritize movement patterns over individual segments - because the way you move matters more than any single part."

Client Journey

The 4 Es to Optimize Movement

One System. Five Steps. Endless Movement Potential

Self-Myofascial Release

Self-myofascial release techniques involve using tools like foam rollers to release tension in your muscles. This practice helps improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance your recovery.

Assisted Joint Stretching

Assisted joint stretching is the core of the Movement Matters approach-this is where real change happens. Using hands-on techniques, a certified mobility coach gently guides your joints through controlled, targeted ranges of motions to create space, restore alignment, and reduce stiffness.

Corrective Exercises

Corrective exercises are designed to address and correct imbalances in your body. By targeting specific areas, these exercises help improve your posture, reduce the risk of injury, and enhance your performance.

Functional Training

Functional training focuses on exercises that mimic real-life movements, improving your strength, balance, and coordination. This type of training is ideal for enhancing your daily activities and overall fitness.

Why Choose Us

Simply put, we care. Our process is the antithesis of assembly-line approaches that treat every BODY the same. Most notably, we address deep joint limitations that quietly-but powerfully--disrupt your movement quality. And when movement suffers, so does your quality of life.

We're here to change that.

My 3 Whys

Why This Work Matters to Me

My passion for optimizing movement and eliminating joint restrictions is deeply personal-shaped by the people and experiences that have defined my life.

A Personal Transformation

I struggled with obesity until the 8th grade, when weightlifting and football completely changed my path. Movement gave me confidence, strength, and a sense of control - and I've been chasing that feeling ever since. It taught me firsthand the power of physical capability.

Growing Up with Therapy in My Home

My sister has a rare neurological condition called Angelman Syndrome. I grew up surrounded by therapists - watching them work, learning their language, and seeing how movement impacts every part of life. Those experiences shaped how I see the body and its potential.

Watching My Dad Navigate Chronic Issues

My dad has lived with chronic discomfort for most of his life. Despite seeing countless providers, no one ever approached his body as a connected system. That gap — that missed opportunity — fuels my drive to help others in ways he never experienced.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nick started with my 16 year old son 5 months ago because of flexibility issues in my son’s hips and ankles. The progress we have made in 5 months to my son’s hips and ankles is phenomenal. Highly recommend for all levels of athletes, my son being more advanced level. We will continue weekly.
