ATC, NASM-CPT, FMSC, NASM-SFS
Hi, I'm Nick - a mobility specialist focused on helping people move better, build strength, and stay independent through every stage of life.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Delaware's College of Health Sciences, where I combined rigorous coursework with thousands of hours of clinical experience. That training built the foundation for how I assess and address the body - not just as individual parts, but as an integrated system.
I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and trained in the Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Paradigm, which emphasizes identifying movement limitations before they become bigger problems. We accomplish through a number of modalities. However, assisted stretching is the most crucial
While I enjoy optimizing movement across all demographics, I primarily focus on working with clients aged 50 and up — a group that often benefits the most from improved mobility, stability, and functional strength. My goal is to help them move better, feel more confident, and stay active doing the things they love.
When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy reading, golfing, working out, and sticking with the Jets (no matter how tough the season gets). Most importantly, I love spending time with my wife and two daughters, who keep life full and grounded.
